Booking Policies
Please review our studio policies before booking your appointment.
Appointments
All appointments require a deposit to secure your spot and should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Deposit
A $15 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your service total.
Late Arrivals
Clients may arrive up to 15 minutes late. After 15 minutes, the service may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the schedule and service booked.
Cancellation
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the deposit or being charged a cancellation fee.
Studio Prep
Before Your Appointment
- Stop exfoliation 48 hours before your facial appointment.
- Remove contact lenses before a facial service to avoid irritation.
- Avoid applying lotions, oils, or heavy products to areas being waxed.
- If you are sensitive to discomfort, taking Tylenol 30-45 minutes before your appointment may help.
- No extra guests unless approved or booked for couples services.
- Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your session.
